4. CLIENT CONTENT
Clients retain ownership of footage and final deliverables as agreed in theirproject contract. Whole Street Productions reserves the right to use completedwork in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Deposits aregenerally non-refundable once production has commenced.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Whole Street Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.
